Friend's Laboratory is a group of creative minds who seek experimental challenges based in Thailand working on creative projects that ignite and inspire.

Founded in 2014 for Prague Quadrennial 2015, Friend's Laboratory not only strives for experimenting, training and cultivating production personnel but also aims to deliver eye-opening and thought-provoking experiences in live performance productions.

Friend's Laboratory works on constructive and explorative productions in search of “innovative+creative” performances that ignite, inspire and advocate to learning, experimenting and redefining theatrical frameworks.

We understand that production work is a hard working task by itself. It requires people who come with determination, persistence, passion, and grit. The plus side, though, it’s so much fun learning, building things, creating the impossible to become unforgettable.

Friend's Laboratory เกิดจากการรวมกลุ่มกันเพื่อสร้างสรรค์งานไปจัดแสดงตามคำเชิญจากงาน Prague Quadrennial ในปี 2015 สาธารณรัฐเชก หลังจากนั้นเป็นต้นมา เราเริ่มทดลอง พัฒนาสร้างสรรค์งาน การตีความรูปแบบใหม่ๆ ทำงานกันนักออกแบบฝ่ายต่างๆ เพื่อพัฒนาและเรียนรู้ และก้าวข้ามขีดจำกัดไปเรื่อยๆ

เราถนัดและชื่นชอบการทำงานร่วมกันของศิลปิน ช่างฝีมือและฝ่ายจัดการทั้งมืออาชีพและมือใหม่ เพราะเราเชื่อในการแลกเปลี่ยน ร่วมมือและสานต่อพลังแห่งงานสร้างสรรค์

เราเชื่อว่างานโปรดักชั่นเป็นงานที่หนัก แต่ความสนุก พลังการเรียนรู้ การสร้างในสิ่งที่เป็นไปไม่ได้ให้เกิดเป็นประสบการณ์ที่คนดูและทีมงานจะลืมไม่ลง
